Durante la visita, profesionales de INGEMED pudieron presentar los avances del proyecto y explicar en terreno el impacto positivo que esta obra tendr\u00e1 para la comunidad y el desarrollo local. Cabe destacar que la obra inici\u00f3 oficialmente el pasado <strong>2 de enero de 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Este proyecto surge como respuesta a la necesidad urgente de recuperar un borde costero deteriorado y sin infraestructura adecuada, especialmente en el sector sur de la playa Ch\u00e9pica, donde no exist\u00eda acceso universal ni equipamiento tur\u00edstico acorde al potencial de la zona.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Entre los aspectos m\u00e1s relevantes de la obra, destacan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true,\"start\":1} -->\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Infraestructura accesible:<\/strong> Incorporaci\u00f3n de planos inclinados y un deck de madera tipo Mobimat para garantizar el acceso universal a la playa.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Mejoramiento urbano:<\/strong> Desarrollo de un paseo peatonal con jardines, jardineras, gradas y muros, que permitir\u00e1n consolidar e integrar el borde costero con el entorno urbano.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Equipamiento recreativo:<\/strong> Implementaci\u00f3n de una plaza con juegos infantiles y m\u00e1quinas de ejercicio, fomentando el uso comunitario y recreativo del espacio.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Accesos y funcionalidad:<\/strong> Habilitaci\u00f3n de estacionamientos paralelos, zonas exclusivas para veh\u00edculos de emergencia y conexi\u00f3n eficiente con calles principales.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item
